There will be a meeting in the Westwind I Clubhouse on March 24, 2025 at 4PM with a representative from Pinellas County to answer your questions.  Anyone who received a letter from the county should plan to attend.

Our Westwind Community

Westwind is made up of two separate associations, Westwind One and Westwind Two with 195 and 188 homes respectively. Each community has its own Board of Directors, Social/Recreation Association, Manager and is financially independent. Each community has a clubhouse, heated pool, shuffleboard courts, and other amenities. Both Boards and Social committees work together to coordinate all events and residents are welcome to use any of the facilities. Westwind is truly two great communities in one.
