Reaching Out to Officials About Substantial Damages

Pinellas County is seeking input from residents affected by the hurricanes in 2024.  We are asking all residents of our community to help out by filling out the suvey the county has set up.  You can reach the survey by clicking the following link:  Resident Survey

Assistance for Residents Receiving Storm Damage Letters

Our Westwind Community

Westwind is made up of two separate associations, Westwind One and Westwind Two with 195 and 188 homes respectively. Each community has its own Board of Directors, Social/Recreation Association, Manager and is financially independent. Each community has a clubhouse, heated pool, shuffleboard courts, and other amenities. Both Boards and Social committees work together to coordinate all events and residents are welcome to use any of the facilities. Westwind is truly two great communities in one.
