Located just a stone's throw from the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico in Dunedin, Florida, Westwind ROC is a 55+ Mobile Home Community. Westwind ROC is comprised of two separate communities, Westwind I ROC and Westwind II ROC.  While each community of approximately 200 units has its own governing board and activity association, the two communities work together closely to plan activities and special events that all residents are welcome to attend.  Additionally all facilities are open to residents of either community.
